Objectives: This OCEANUS cruise was part of a continuing study of currents and sediment transport on the U.S. east coast continental shelf. The purpose of the cruise was to deploy one tripod (#174), one subsurface current mooring (#175) and one surface buoy; to grapple for a dragged current mooring (#161); to obtain grab samples; and to conduct hydrographic (temperature-XBT) observations.
