Alternate Leg ID: AST-89-1

Area of Operations: eastern Long Island Sound, Connecticut, United States, North America, North Atlantic

Information to be derived:

Summary: Various combinations of sources and hydrophones were tried. None yielded the results required to complete this work. The data are generally poor (Huntec did better than Datasonics). Seismic lines 4 (1340 hrs., LORAN line 43950, North of Plum Island) and 6 (1540 hrs., LORAN line 26220) have some interesting sections.
