Information to be derived: Qualitative assessment of surface-water and groundwater Rn and Ra activities

Summary: Determined that surface-water and groundwater Rn and Ra activities are sufficiently high to be measureable and allow for a more detailed study. Reconnaissance only. Opened way to much larger field efforts in mid- and late June.
